About buying from Vision Gallery on-line
We apologise that some prices and PayPal links are not yet included- we are in constant process of updating the site. Being individually crafted, many items are not held 'in stock' (see Previously in Vision Gallery' section) and can not be bought using Paypal until the artist confirms that the item is available. Please call or email us if you are interested in any item that is missing information. Please note: PayPal prices do NOT include postage/delivery unless stated as we prefer to add this when we know the destination so that you are not overcharged. If your order is urgent please telephone Liz's mobile 07970 772063
Vision Gallery is committed to protecting the security of your information.
We will not disclose your information to anyone and our records are protected by Firewall .Any information we have is protected by the Data Protection Act.
Any transactions that are carried out on-line are via Paypal and they operate the use of encryption and a secure site. See www.paypal.com for details.
If you have any questions regarding any aspect of this please contact us.
Description of goods
As far as possible we try to be accurate with the descriptions we place on the site. Please be advised that due to the way monitors are set the colours on your screen may vary from the item in reality.
We will show the size in width, depth and height as relevant and the medium used.
We will also indicate whether an item is framed or not.
For the prints we will indicate whether or not the work is on archival paper using long life pigment inks on archive quality paper (known as "giclee" prints).
All works will be shipped when payment is completed or cheque has been cleared.
It may be the case that a work needs to be sourced from an artist, in which case we will advise you of any possible delay to delivery or additional costs.
We ship unmounted prints in tubes to protect them and keep costs down, as the Post Office will charge more for large flat works than smaller heavy items.
The preferred method is Special Delivery, which then includes insurance via Royal Mail.
If you require the tracking number we can provide this on request.
We cannot ship to PO Box numbers.
Please contact us for delivery to non-UK addresses to determine best method of shipment.
