Welcome

Welcome to Vision Gallery- the on-line gallery for a selection of artists work, some of which you can also see at Vision Gallery, Sharlands Farm - the studio of Liz Hankins.

The Xmas Gift Show is now finished and the gallery is closed but you can still purchase on line here.

A programme of watercolour lessons delayed from September '09 will now happen in January-April 2010 following Liz's return to work after an operation so do look at the section on this site or contact Liz if you would like to receive more information. Booking essential.

Vision Gallery is the working studio of painter & illustrator Liz Hankins, and is shared by resident artist, weaver Fay Hankins, and is host to up to 12 other artists and makers working in various media at any one time during open studio 'shows'. Set in an old farmyard filled with flowers and with glorious country views from its windows, Sharlands is a well kept secret with Matthew Bayman's wood fired pottery next door. The Blackboys Inn 3 minutes away serves good food in a gorgeous country setting to complete a relaxing visit.

The gallery promotes an ethical working practice, keeping commission charges to a minimum, promoting new artists, using "green" materials in the interior decor and recycling as much as possible.
